PRODUCT/PROCESS CHANGE NOTIFICATION

Model & Frequency: All Surface Mount Products; K1526, CMV & MSO Series.

Date Change is Effective: 2/11/2000

Description of Change and Purpose:

1. Marking processing the surface mount products will be changed from laser to Inkjet for better clarity and legibility. This Inkjet marking has been fully qualified to meet MIL-STD-883E, Method 2015. Qualification Report is available upon request.

2. To accommodate longer string frequency numbers in limited space without sacrificing quality of legibility, the MHz will no longer be printed after frequency numbers.

3. This is a running change beginning on 2/11/2000. You may receive parts marked with different processes in the same order ( but not mixed marking on the same reel, or within same tube). However, the inkjet marking will be used exclusively for all future date code builds, once the production has been cut over. Please note taht this is a cosmetic change only, no electrical or functional change has been effected.
